The Bahrain Grand Prix (Round 4, Sakhir) and the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix (Round 5, Jeddah) were cancelled by the FIA on 14 March 2026 due to the ongoing armed conflict in the Middle East region. With the safety of all personnel on site unable to be guaranteed, no replacement dates were found. The championship resumes with the Miami Grand Prix (Round 4) on 3 May 2026.
